Welcome to our website!
I am Willem, Dutch, and the owner of the "ferme" in the hamlet of Chalmessin, known of it's nearby "reserve naturelle", in the "Haute Marne", in a national parc in the French Champagne.
Pelerin is our retreat-centre, meant for people who want to find their rest in an active way, who want to calm down inside themselves, and who want to learn to strengthen their self-healing forces from within.
Thereby we eat in a healthy way, vegetarian/biological, in real silence and beautiful nature. During your one- or two-week stay at our place, we hope that you will enjoy a feeling of home, in our cosy house; an ancient "ferme" that breathes the atmosphere of the old days. At the front side the small village with church and at the back side the gardens and hills, meadows and forests.
Nearby (100 metres) lies the natural reserve of Chalmessin (free entrance). Which is an oasis of peace and tranquility to roam around in. With a very special, and protected, flore and faune.
